This Situational spell will be cast by your Monster if you attempt to use a Torch you don't have. It uses 3 Spell Pts each time it is cast (Example: a Large Cave requires 3 torches and you only have one. You'll cast this spell twice inside the cave provided you've enough Spell Pts. If not you'll not enter the cave).
